We want you to be genuinely happy with your Finori kit. If it isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
The 30-day window
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. After that we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.
What condition it needs to be in
Please return the kit with all its accessories — drill bits, sanding bands, cleaning brush, dust-proof cap, charging cable and user manual — in the original packaging.
For hygiene reasons we can't take back used sanding bands. If the handpiece has been used lightly and is otherwise undamaged, that's fine — just mention it when you contact us.
Starting a return
Email badaoui.hamza13@gmail.com with your order number and a line about why you're sending it back. We'll reply with the return address and what to do next.
Please don't post anything back before contacting us — parcels that arrive without warning can't be matched to an order.
Who pays return postage
If the kit is faulty, arrived damaged, or isn't what you ordered, we cover return shipping. If you simply changed your mind, return postage is yours to cover.
When you get your money back
Once your return reaches us and we've checked it over, we'll email to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5-10 business days to show it.
Damaged or faulty on arrival
Check your order when it lands. If anything is damaged, defective or incorrect, send us a photo within 30 days and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any postage you paid.
Exchanges
The fastest route is to return the original for a refund and place a new order.
