Free shipping on every order
Standard shipping is free. There's no minimum spend and no shipping charge added at checkout.
How long delivery takes
Most orders to the United States arrive within 5-8 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
These are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier backlogs, customs checks and the weeks around major holidays can add time.
Tracking your order
You'll get an order confirmation email straight away, then a second email with a tracking number once your parcel is dispatched.
Tracking often sits still for a day or two between carrier scans — that's normal and doesn't mean the parcel is lost. If it hasn't moved for more than a week, email us and we'll look into it.
Getting your address right
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We can only correct an address before the parcel is dispatched, so contact us quickly if you spot a mistake. We can't be held responsible for parcels sent to an address that was entered incorrectly.
If your order doesn't arrive
If 15 business days have passed and nothing has turned up, get in touch. We'll open an investigation with the carrier, and if the parcel is confirmed lost we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
